Day to day we are regularly speaking to vendors - both residential home owners and existing landlords - who are looking to sell their properties.
We are also continually appraising bigger projects whether it is HMO conversions or bigger commercial to residential conversion projects.
Unfortunately we cannot work with all the possible projects that come across our desk. Either due to the type, amount, size or maybe it simply does not fit in with our strategy at that moment in time. There are more opportunities out there than we could ever possibly take advantage of ourselves.
However, these vendors are still looking for a solution. We will pass properties onto third parties provided we believe there is still a decent deal to be done. Or we are always looking to JV with people on more interesting and lucrative projects.
